Officer cash

Officers collect cash from shops on the phone app. The office confirms it when the cash is handed in.

1. Open Officer cash and pick the officer.
2. Count the cash handed in and press F12 to confirm it.
3. The shops' khata goes down. (In Settings → Business the owner can choose to reduce it already at collection.)
