What we keep

SundarVahi keeps the data your shop enters to run the software: products, stock, bills, customers and their khata, suppliers, payments, expenses and staff logins.

Who can see it

Only your shop's own logins can see your shop's data, and each staff member sees only what their role allows. Other shops can never see it. We look at it only when you ask us for help, or to fix a problem.

Where it is kept

Your data is kept on secure cloud servers and, if you use the Windows app, on your own PC. The whole database is backed up every night, and backups are kept encrypted.

What we never do

We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can download a backup of your shop's data at any time from Settings. If you stop using SundarVahi, message us and we will help you take your data with you.
