Getting started
- Start here: your first daySign in, finish the setup guide, find your way around the menu and open Help at any time with F1.
- Install the Windows appInstall SundarVahi on a Windows PC, sign in, keep billing without internet, and update to a new version.
- Staff logins and rolesAdd staff with their own login, choose a role (owner, manager, cashier, sales officer) and reset a password.
Billing
- Make a billSearch or scan products, change quantities, take cash and finish the bill with F12, all from the keyboard.
- Bill on khata (credit)Sell on khata: pick the customer, press F9 and F12. Part cash and part khata works too.
- Hold a bill and come back to itHold (park) a bill with F4, serve the next customer, and bring it back with F7.
- Return, void or edit a billTake goods back on a return, void a wrong bill with a reason, or edit a bill within 48 hours. Nothing is deleted.
- Print the bill or send it on WhatsAppPick your receipt printer (80 mm, 58 mm or A4), print a test page, and send the bill as a picture on WhatsApp.
- JazzCash and Easypaisa QRShow your own JazzCash or Easypaisa QR with the bill amount, and count wallet payments in the day close.
Khata
Products and stock
- Add products and stockAdd a product with price and barcode, receive stock from a supplier, and adjust stock for damage or a count.
- Import from Excel, BUSY or Pro POSBring in products, customers, suppliers and old khata balances from an Excel sheet, a BUSY export or a Pro POS backup.
- Print barcode price labelsPrint price labels with barcodes for any products, from the Products screen.
Distributors
- Sales officers and booked ordersSales officers book orders on the phone app; the office turns them into bills in one go.
- Load form and recovery sheetPrint the load form for each van or officer, and the recovery sheet of balances to collect, by area.
- Officer cashConfirm the cash sales officers hand in; the shops' khata goes down only then.
- Vans: load, sell and returnLoad a van, bill from the van's stock, and return what is left at day end.

- Backup and restoreYour data is saved online all the time. Download an extra backup, and restore what is missing without counting twice.
